Thanks to the eco-design study carried out with the MU Cooperative, we were able to reduce several parameters, defined upstream, such as the weight, the size of the pins, the choice of materials, etc. Also, each of us can contribute by using milder cleaning products, such as vinegar. And today, many of our customers don't even use cleaning products anymore. 'bbb La Brosse' always stays clean and if ever some dirt remains, you can remove it using the rim at the bottom of the bowl. A new tool, a new way to clean better! Sometimes it takes a little getting used to in order to find the right technique. We recommend brushing with a vigorous motion!

For best results : if there are any marks after you've passed over them, clean them with the brush, from top to bottom, from right to left!

For stubborn stains that weren't removed during previous cleaning, use the brush dry. To remove any dirt that may have accumulated on the brush head, dip it in the toilet bowl and flush. When you take the brush out of the water, tap it several times against the rim before placing it back in the holder the right way up. The logos on the handle and the holder should be facing the same way.

This isn't an old-fashioned limescale remover brush. Our brush is a tool for maintaining the cleanliness of your toilet.

A little more info from our partner: the cardboard packaging is recoverable! The cardboard can be used in the garden, it is untreated and the ink is water-based, ideally you need unprinted for mulching; more earthworms love corrugated cardboard is ideal they will aerate the earth.

'bbb La Brosse' has been designed to be installed both on the floor and on the wall.

Indeed, for hanging on the wall, a hole has been provided for this purpose, on the back of the base, on all our models. Just fix a nail in the wall, and hang the base on it.

Some of our customers add a hole in the vertical direction for more stability. Other customers hang it at an angle (to wedge it against the back wall and 'stuck' it (without glue) against the wall.

We have not provided the screws, it is a carefully considered choice. Half of the people do not hang it, but put the base on the ground. Providing screws that only serve half the people is unreasonable. In addition, depending on the support (placo wall, or other), suitable screws are required.

We therefore very quickly ruled out the fact of supplying screws that would not be suitable for everyone and for all situations.

Our customers talk about it the best and even for hanging!

“I drilled a hole 21 cm from the ground with a 6 mm bit, which corresponds to the diameter of the dowel used. This height makes it possible to have approximately 11 cm between the support of the brush and the ground.

I then screw in the appropriate screw (in this case 5 mm in diameter for 40 mm long) leaving a few millimeters between the head of the screw and the wall.

All that remains is to position the hole in the support facing the head of the screw then, once the latter is in, push the support down. The container of the brush has a good thickness: no risk of it breaking or cracking unless you jump on it once fixed.

To remove any dirt or paper that may have been deposited on the brush head, immerse it in the bowl and rinse with the water flush. Or, if necessary, use the edge of the bottom of the bowl to scrub and clean it. Then, when you take the brush out of the water, tap it several times against the edge before putting it back in the right direction in the base. The logos of the handle and the base must be in the same direction.

For cleaning the brush and its base, we recommend the use of vinegar, which is much more ecological than the specialized products that you can find on the market.

Use white vinegar, it's economical and better for the planet!

Its virtues are no longer to be proven. To effectively and ecologically clean your toilets, we use baking soda, which we sprinkle reasonably in the bowl, and we add white vinegar to it, with a sprayer. Everything will foam: then rub the bowl with ' bbb La Brosse '. You can also use only vinegar, water with water (2/3 water, 1/3 vinegar).

Do not use the brush with hydrochloric acid .

The use of recycled or biosourced materials can sometimes lead to slight irregularities. At Biom Paris, we do not rule out these productions which would be unfairly thrown away, in defiance of our ecological footprint.

Strength and durability will not be affected.

To guarantee that your 'bbb La Brosse' arrives to you without shocks, we reuse the bag provided by our partner factory in Bouttencourt to package your product. We are looking for alternatives to this sachet. While waiting for a new solution, reuse it too, if you wish!

The new solution must be: robust, reusable, reasonable in cost, and local. If you have solutions, we are takers!
