The company Bio'm offers on its site, the possibility of rating its products and posting opinions or comments by e-mail, or via the product sheets.
The posting of a review submitted by a user on the description sheet of a product, and/or on the page dedicated to reviews, implies prior acceptance and compliance with these publication conditions.
Purpose
The Bio'm company allows its users to share their opinion, and to give a note, about the products that it markets on its site www.biom.paris .
Notice filing procedure
There are two ways to leave a review on the site:
- From a product sheet, via the "Reviews" tab displayed in the middle of the page. The review is then subject to moderation;
- By e-mail, at
. The opinion, after moderation, will then be displayed after written agreement from you.
After moderation, and agreement on your part when necessary, the reviews will be displayed on the product sheet concerned, and/or on the “Customer reviews” page.
No consideration is provided by Bio'm in exchange for filing an opinion.
Rating of reviews
Reviews are listed in chronological order, from oldest to newest.
Publication and retention periods
The review will be moderated and published within 7 days. The review remains visible as long as the product to which the review is linked is published on the www.biom.paris website.

Reviews are subject to moderation.
Bio'm reserves the right not to put online and to delete reviews at any time for the following reason(s):
- Be defamatory, abusive, obscene, offensive, violent or inciting violence, political, racist or xenophobic and generally contrary to the laws and regulations in force, the rights of persons or morality;
- Be used for personal or professional purposes, in particular advertising;
- Contain personal data;
- Wear on Bio'm or one of its retailers, and not only on the product presented on the article sheet;
- The rating does not match the comment;
- The content of the review is not sufficiently understandable;
- The content is unrelated to the rated product;
- The content indicates that the user has not yet used the product;
- The content evokes a call for legal action;
- The Bio'm company intervened in the handling of the dispute, and the customer is invited to update his opinion.
The Bio'm company may contact the author of the review, at the e-mail address provided, for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of the review.

Editing or Deleting a Review
Any reviews posted that are perceived to be abusive or inappropriate may be reported by a third party. The Bio'm company will process the complaint, and will act if necessary to modify or delete the notice.
The author of an opinion may, at any time, request the deletion or modification of his opinion. For this, he must contact Bio'm via the address used to publish his opinion.

Operating license
The user authorizes, free of charge, the use of the opinions of which he is the author by the Bio'm company for use in connection with the marketing and promotion of the product to which it relates (eg: printed advertising media, journalistic information, etc.).
Personal data
The user is aware that certain personal information, such as his first and last name, will be displayed on each of his reviews.
